At Octopus Diving, we strive to provide reliable and efficient delivery services, ensuring your orders reach you quickly and securely.

Delivery Options and Costs

We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK using Royal Mail. If you require delivery outside of the UK, please contact us directly at hello@octopusdiving.co.uk, and we can arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis.

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail):
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days.
Cost: £4.95 (free for orders over £100).

• Express Delivery (Royal Mail):
Faster delivery option for when you need your gear sooner.
Cost: £9.95.

Order Processing Times

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched on the same or next working day after the order is placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Use this link to monitor your delivery via the Royal Mail website.
